Policies

Cancellation and Holds: Your EFT can be cancelled at any time by simply providing us with a note in writing by the 15th of the month in order for it to be in effect the following month. We can also put you on hold for one or two months by letting us know in writing by the 15th. Holds must be for medical or emergency purposes only. We do not take cancellations or holds via phone, fax, or e-mail. Please refer to your EFT agreement.

Our Workout Floor: Please help us keep our workout floor in top condition by removing your outside shoes before entering the workout area.

Child Care: Due to our liability insurance, children are allowed in the center only if there is child care provided or if they are fully participating in class. Child care is $1.00/child or we have a punch card you may purchase for a minimal amount. All children must be signed in by a parent and paid for at the front desk. No food, drinks or gum are allowed in the child care room. No sick children will be allowed in the child care room.
* There is childcare at all classes except: 6:00 a.m.'s; 12:30 p.m.'s; 6:40 p.m.'s and weekends.

Locker Rentals: Lockers are available for a minimal charge for either 6 months or 12 months. Rentals must be paid on time or an additional fee of $5.00 will be charged.

We Recycle ! Please help our environment by placing your cans and bottles in the recycling container by the front door.

Silence is Golden: Please be respectful of those around you - and your instructor - during class time by refraining from talking loudly. You are welcome to come early or stay after class to get caught up with your friends and fellow Jazzercisers. If you stop to talk at any length during class time - it is not only a distraction to those around you, but it decreases your heart rate. Please refrain from stopping to talk during your workout.

Inclement Weather: If the Cherry Creek School District is closed, we are closed. You can refer to this website or call the center phone for a recorded message for an update.
